Hi, I’m Bianca! I’ve produced & financed over 30 feature films, most notably Venice Film Festival 2009 Lion of the Future and Orizzonti Best Film "Engkwentro" by Pepe Diokno, Berlinale 2016 Silver Bear "A Lullaby to the Sorrowful Mystery" by Lav Diaz, as well as local Philippine hits “That Thing Called Tadhana” and “Fan Girl”.

I’ve attended Produire Au Sud, Rotterdam Producers Lab, Talent Campus Tokyo, Cannes' La Fabrique des Cinemas du Monde, EAVE Ties That Bind, and Berlinale Talent Project Market - among many other film labs, markets, and festivals.

At Accel Institute, I teach film production. I taught for many years at UP Diliman, mentored in film labs, and served as jury of various film festivals. I’m passionate about strengthening collaborations among filmmakers within the Southeast Asian region and helping deserving directors bring their films to the global scale. I hope to share my knowledge & experience with you at Accel Institute!
